The experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Crewe was good because... Darren and Alexa were both really good and the customer service from Darren was, overall, superb, even going as far to pick me and my son up from the train station when collecting the car even after we were a couple of hours late because of train cancellations. Alexa dealt with my finance application and was helpful throughout the process. Darren was great from the start - answering my queries and preparing a video for me to answer questions about the condition of the car. The only reason I have ticked no to having my car serviced at Crewe is purely down to geographical location and I will be servicing it at a more local BSM dealership. Additionally, although I am more than very satisfied with my car and Darren, I couldn't select to being completely satisfied as there were some aspects of the cleanliness of the vehicle, particularly the interior where parts had not been clean, the manual was missing and I did not receive a tour around the car and the engine which I would have thought was standard. Overall though, I am very satisfied, I have been praising Darren, Alexa and BSM Crewe to friends and family and I am extremely happy with my car. Thank you to Bristol Street Motors Crewe.

A bit disappointed, bought a mini clubman in October 2023. Service lights came on Feb 2024. The car is beautiful and the sales were excellent but I\u2019ve only done 3500 miles since purchase ( it had only 7500 on the clock when I purchased it and now only has 11000 and the service lights are raging to get a service. Called in Bristol St who sold it me and they won\u2019t touch it. In the meantime to get the service at a mini dealer is \xa3425:00 a bit expensive for 4 months/3500 miles motoring. Must have big windows at Bristol Street Crewe. They saw me coming.

We were browsing for a Skoda estate, but Mike Riley- cars salesperson- approached us and stated he had a seat Leon estate that we may like to look at. We were dubious at first but took it for a test drive. I\u2019ve not been driving very long and was extremely apprehensive to give it a test drive, but Mike made this so relaxed and took me down a quiet industrial estate. I really appreciated that! After driving the car, I fell in love with it and I am now the proud owner of it! Mike was absolutely fabulous to deal with. Laid back, easy to get a long with and put me at ease through the transaction. Having previously trained many managers in customer service, his was outstanding and I really appreciated dealing with him. On picking up the car, he showed me all the functions (I\u2019m used to driving sheds, not anything this swanky!) and he was fantastic. If you want a smooth, fun and pleasant car buying experience, then go and see Mike Riley! Fantastic transaction and I absolutely LOVE my new car :-) Would definitely recommend visiting here for a really pleasant car browsing experience! The best one we found in Crewe!
