I would recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Hartlepool to friends and family because of their customer service. I've bought my first car through the Hartlepool garage and one member of their team in particular; Gina Johnson made the entire process (from getting the car delivered to the local dealership, test driving and all of the paperwork) so much more straight forward for me to understand. Any member of the team at the Hartlepool Dealership have also been very welcoming whenever I've been in the garage and I could not be happier with my new car. Excellent service and would 100% recommend. I was looking at another dealer but Michael was the reason why I bought from Bristol street motors and I am so glad I did, while experience was seamless and stress free.

My experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Hartlepool was memorable because I was apprehensive about spending more money than originally planned and was a little overwhelmed with all the “paperless paper work” - I like to take my time reading and digesting information. Michael, my salesman, picked up on this and gave me time to think. I genuinely think that had he pressurised me, I would have walked away. His constant reassurance that he was there to help made all the difference.
