Great service. A few hiccups on delivery, but Sales manager got right on it and offered ways to make up for it without me having to ask or get irate. Proactive customer care is all I really expect and they did deliver.

The experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Stafford was fantastic because I found Keiran to be very helpful in finding me my vehicle with my requested specifications. Keiran has an extremely positive attitude and appears passionate about his job. He arranged for video's to be sent for me to view and talked through the specifications. In is absence he arranged for other named assistants Ryan and Chris to be available to follow up with any questions I had until his return, both of whom were also extremely professional and very helpful. Everything was straightforward and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. I ended up with a car that far exceded my expectations thanks to their attention to detail.

Ryan have listened to me and have taken everything I said into account to help me find an affordable deal! Even helped me with trading side. Ryan has given me plenty of information and if I need to talk to someone I know I can contact Ryan. Ryan has even informed me about finance side, service plan and even the trading plan. With the test driving side, Ryan relaxed and let me listen to the car and explained every internal detail. When the car was being cleaned Ryan had sent me a video of the car and explained the process of what’s happening. After owning the civic a week, I have received a video from Ryan to thank me for purchasing the civic. The customer service is amazing.
