There was so long wait for the car to be brought from a different site and because everything was done in advance I was able to drive the car away only 3 days after purchasing it. Aaron the Assistant Sales Manager dealt with my enquiry all the way through and was available whenever I needed to speak to him, and was extremely helpful with answering any questions I had. I even got to meet the General Manager Adrian when I picked my car up and he personally thanked me for my business. It really does make you feel like a valued customer when the head of the business takes time out of his day to come and have a chat with a customer. Thank you Bristol Street Motors Renault Gloucester!

The guys at the dealership were incredibly helpful. Alan really spent time with us, answering all our questions about the car and the finance and making sure we were making the right decision. I had to take my dacia here as my garage couldn't fix the problem. Sam was a lovely lady on the service desk, very friendly and was able to find out to get the car sorted under a warranty. It needed some update, since then car gas been fine.

Overall an excellent experience. Renault Gloucester went the extra mile to get an improved part exchange valuation that certainly helped in my choice to buy my new (used) car. Car was very well prepared - didn't just touch in a few marks on the rear bumper but had it completely resprayed due to the special colour. Good handover when I collected the car - keen for me to take a service plan but I need time to look into it further to work out if its worthwhile and saves costs. Follow up call a few days after collection that's always a nice touch. I did receive rather a lot of emails covering the PCP plan and wheel and tyre cover I took out, gap insurance, drive away insurance etc but that's the way of today's communication. Have my daughters Clio serviced at the same dealer that's OK - will see how my Megane RS is handled when it's time to have it serviced. Would certainly recommend Renault Gloucester.

We drove for over 2 hours to get to this Renault branch to purchase our car. This was due to the exceptional customer service and fantastic deals that were offered here. We spoke to Aaron over the phone and met up with Erin when we went to collect our new car. Both Erin and Aaron were very professional and gave the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. From giving me all of the information I needed to make decisions on what would suit me to the little but important point of listening to me and not talking to me as if I was only 'the wife'. When we went to collect the car, Erin went through everything with us and had lots of time for us to ask any questions we might have. The small personal touches of a 'thank you' card and the unveiling of my new car made me feel like a special and valued customer. I would highly recommend Renault in Gloucester and will definitely return!
