The cars and service plan were affordable and the sale process was very efficient. The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly and offered the various packages and plans without any sales pressure.

We live in Newcastle and wanted a particular model of car which was difficult to find. We found the one we wanted at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Carlisle. We thought it might be difficult and perhaps risky buying a car online but we need not have been concerned. The dealership did a thorough video of the car arranged delivery to our front door at a very reasonable price. Really happy with our purchase and it was really good to be kept informed at each step along the way.
