    The support, advice and patience I received from one senior member of staff in particular made the purchase of the vehicle relatively straight forward. I wanted to fund the purchase through my son's farming business using his preferred finance company (which was not one used by Bristol Street). Inevitably this caused a little confusion and some delay but Gary Fisher smoothed the way with patience and good humour and had the vehicle ready and waiting for me when I was able to call at Crewe and drive it home (I live and hour and 40 minutes away). I had only brief contact with younger members of staff at Crewe and I would say that they are fortunate to have as an example of excellent customer care that which I experienced from Gary Fisher. All in all it was a happy arrangement.

    Just wanted to leave positive feedback for Mike who dealt with us today. Obviously he\u2019s on commission and all car dealers are desperate for that hard sell (usually why I don\u2019t trust them that much \U0001f602) but he really was lovely, read what we were like as people (a bit common and sweary \U0001f92a) and behaved in a manner that matched ours. Really put me at ease when having a test drive too. I really enjoyed his customer service and I was grateful we got to deal with him today. We\u2019ve not made a decision just yet on the car (still trying to talk my husband in to it) . Thanks Mike for making a very nervous woman, driving a totally different car so less nerve racking. You were great today and I\u2019m loving that seat Leon estate. Just got to persuade the husband now! I do believe in giving good feedback when it\u2019s deserved and it was very deserved today x

    I was greeted by each individual salesperson, regardless of whether they were assisting me or not. Everyone was incredibly friendly and approachable which is rare in a place of sales, sometimes people feel smothered. I was dealt with by Gary Fisher who could not have been more helpful. He was friendly, he explained everything to me, answered all my questions and wasn’t too pushy with anything. I felt comfortable saying no to the first car he recommended and he helped me find something more suited to what I wanted.

    Overall a good experience purchasing a used car. The car was in very good condition and had been cleaned prior and post test drive. Sales woman was friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue was they had forgotten to stamp the service book and to provide past service records as requested. Had to drive to the dealership to sort this out which was a bit of an inconvenience but was sorted by the service department with ease. Sales woman was going to call to check on things after a week but was never contacted so had to phone in to sort out the service stuff above, asked for her and she just passed me over to service to sort out which seemed a bit of passing me off after she was done the selling but as said service department sorted this out
