When my 63 plate Corsa, bought at BSM new finally give up. I knew I would go no where else. The sales man Daniel Day was friendly and professional, advising and ensuring I understood everything I needed to know. My new car was ready to pick up in 3 days, brilliant service offered at BSM Hexham. Thank you Daniel and also Elliot for the lift home and back to pick up my new Corsa. Brilliant customer care.

The car was not cleaned properly, I collected when dark only when I had looked at it properly the next day it looked like someone had vomited down the back seats in between the seatbelt holders and was disgusted and had to clean the car myself. However the customer service from the sales team was amazing from walking in to driving out which is something that has got lost over the years in other businesses. Even after buying the car the customer service was still excellent, that’s why I would recommend.

This time I was looked after by Dan and he was every bit as good. Nothing was a bother to him and he explained every step of my purchase so that I fully understood what was going on. He even had my car ready 3 days early without any fuss. I\u2019d never buy a car from anywhere else. Once again exceptional customer service.
