    I am a fairly new client with Motability at Bristol Street Motors and how delighted I am to have such an excellent, and local, branch to work with. I had managed to narrow down my new lease car choices and needed a closer look at a Citroen. I received wonderful customer service, originally from Chloe who helped me make the right choice and then from Abigail (Abi). Abi has been wonderful with more information about the car, about delivery, completing the admin and financial requirements and arranging my collection of the car. More recently Abi has helped me with a couple of issues that have arisen as I have got used to the car. I consider Abi to be a super asset to Bristol Street, she is friendly, efficient and, importantly, available and responsive via phone and or email. A big WELL DONE from me!

    I purchased my car from Bristol Street Motors at Riverside Northampton. I was very impressed with the Sales Advisor there Kyle Manning who was extremely professional at his job. He did not rush me into buying my car. He took the time to help me search for the car that was right for me and was constantly in touch with me to keep me updated on when my car arrived to pick it up. Once there, Kyle sat me down and made a lovely cup of coffee for me which set me at ease with him. We went over the paperwork and I Kyle made sure I understood it all before signing on the dotted line. Kyle then took me where my car was and got in with me going over everything to make sure I was happy with it before driving it away, which I was and still am very happy with my car. Since then I have had my car put in for it's MOT and once again Kyle was there to greet me and show me to the waiting area and again made me a lovely coffee. He then came back a bit later to update me on how much longer I would be waiting for my car. I am happy to say that my car passed its MOT and brought back to me after a service wash too. I will definitely be using Bristol Street Motors for future MOT'S and Service and recommend any of you interested in buying a car there, to ask for Kyle as your sales advisor.

    I booked my car into Vauxhall Northampton for a MOT as I was working on Riverside that week. I was greeted by a bubbly lady called Deana who helped me with these new check in machines, this was easy and very quick. Later I had a video sent through showing me all aspects of my car (never had that before) I then had a call from Shan giving me the good news it had passed. I finally picked it up in a bit of a rush to get home and I was very pleased as my paperwork was already, I paid and then was taken to my car by Danielle and my car was all washed and hoovered. Amazing job thanks to everyone involved.
