Went along to the dealership with my dad to look at the new electric Vauxhall Mokka, after having a look around we were approached my Mark who showed us inside the cars and then took us both for a test drive. He went into detail about the benefits of going electric, how many miles we would get per charge and all the safety features the car came with. The car my dad initially wanted had been sold but Mark was able to get another all electric Mokka with the same spec + colour delivered within days. We collected it yesterday and it\u2019s safe to say my dad loves it, having never had an electric vehicle before Mark spent more than an hour going through every detail from how all the controls work to teaching us both how to charge it. Very helpful and informative, I wouldn\u2019t hesitate to recommend this dealership to others looking for a car. Thank you Mark for all your help.

I would definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall in Sunderland to my friends and family because I was very satisfied with their sales service and all the help and informed assistance afforded to me by your sales assistant, Kieran Ali when I called in 2 weeks ago looking to buy a used Corsa. He showed me a couple of cars from available stock in the garage, what was available on line from other showrooms and he gave me a couple of test drives which both went well considering I'd driven nothing but automatics for the last 7 years and the Corsa's were manuals. He isn't pushy and genuinely wants you to get what's right for you. I went off the one I'd initially selected and went for a high spec 1.2L turbo Nav. Just over 3yrs old, 33k miles and drives like a dream. We discussed finance etc but my wife and I decided to save a bit and pay it off complete with our Yeti for which the garage gave us a decent payout p/ex. Nice, clean garage and showroom, helpful staff and not too far from us in Roker. If you're considering a change of motor, it's worth a visit here first!

Not normally a reviewer but absolutely cracking experience yesterday! Had an accident in my car two days ago. Found a car I liked online and decided to go have a look at it. Phoned yesterday to book a test drive. Had one booked in within 2 hours. Dealt with Kieran Bone. Top bloke, no heavy sales tactics. Listened to what I wanted and gave me the options available. Very knowledgable and no beating around the bush - which I very much appreciated. Confirmed I wanted the car and drove it home the same day! Would 100% recommend. 10/10 experience. Thanks so much to Kieran and Big Dean the gaffer for sorting a desperate lass out fast. Myself, partner and the kids love the new car. Very happy with my experience and I shall be back the next time I have a need for a car, hopefully not in the near future! (If I keep away from bollards!!!)
