The tarmac has been wet all winter so only just noticed the oil stains . Being disabled I couldn\u2019t look underneath the car to check myself. Better to be safe as could have been brake fluid ect .     I have to say that after my initial purchase made online of a Nissan Pulsar which through lack of communication of information of car and what i believed in expectations which left me a little dissapointed. I had a call from the general manager Mr Duggan who after looking into the background of the purchase , understood that things didn't go as smoothly as they should have . I would like to thank Mr Duggan as he went above and beyond in making sure that i as the customer was happy and as a gesture of goodwill sent out a brand new set of floor mats and not only that he will also cover the costings of the next full service and MOT fee, just need to contact Mr Duggan nearer the time to book it all in. Wow absolutely fantastic customer service and would recommend Honda Boston to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle . Sometimes things do go wrong probably through no fault of any individual but these guys make sure you go away happy no matter what. Thank you.

My one complaint was the had a board saying there was £250 off but they said it was from a previous event & not at the time when I pre booked my visit but it was still displayed in the car !!!

    The experience at Vertu Honda Boston was great. I had reserved my chosen vehicle so travelling up to Boston from Bedford I knew I couldn’t be gazumped. Jack Waddington called me while I was en route to confirm the car would be ready. It was a frosty morning and Jack had the car de-iced and ready to test drive. I had an unhurried test drive and was shown all the features of the CR-V. Jack handled the financial discussion with aplomb and professionalism. I had to wait for my insurance settlement to come through so I had to wait two weeks to pick up the car. Jack stayed in touch and kindly sent me a video he filmed of the features of the car. I am very happy with the purchase and if only the garage were nearer to my home I would have my car serviced there. Jack and Elisha did a fantastic job of looking after me.
