I'd recommend Vertu Honda Grantham because they were extremely accommodating when helping me to get my dream car. The car was at another store, and I wasn’t sure on the exact car that I wanted. Both Lauren and Max helped me to find a car that suited me, with low mileage, and that would fit in my budget. They delivered the car quickly to my local dealer, and helped to answer any questions I had. Max Baldwin was friendly, kind and gave his advice on the car. He test drove the car for me to see how it drove, as I was too nervous, and showed me how the features worked. Once we had decided the car was right for me, both Lauren and Max worked hard to ensure everything was perfect, and my finance payments were correct. Max also followed up with a phone call a few days later to ensure I still liked the car and I didn’t have any concerns. I am extremely grateful that they were so kind and helpful. I would definitely go back again in the future.

Didn't end up purchasing the car as the condition of the car didn't meet my standards - no fault of the dealer itself. This review is more for a very nice customer experience I received from Diego. Quick on answering any questions I had, even offered to pick me up and drop me off at the train station. Deposit was refunded swiftly and despite not purchasing a car from them, I had a positive experience going back and forth with them.
