The staff at Vertu Honda Lincoln are exceptional. I bought a used car but am treated as if I bought new. They helped me feel part of the Honda brand and never having owned one before enabled me to make the transition with complete confidence. As much as I appreciated the staff at Lincoln I'm already recommending Honda to my family because it's such an exceptional car. It needed a new sensor within a couple of weeks but it's only to be expected in a car on a 66 plate and the warranty covered its replacement and fitting. I'd originally planned to have my car serviced at Lincoln but Grantham is much closer. So the jury is still open on that one. The Civic is a brilliant car and I wish I had bought one much sooner.

I'd suggest Vertu Honda Lincoln to a friend because Austin our salesman was approachable, knowledgeable and took an interest in me as a person. He listened and did not try to pressurise me into buying extras I did not want. He has a lovely patient manner when dealing with an older person.

Wow..... Incredible experience. I have purchased 4 cars over the last 10-15 years, and this was hands down the best experience I've ever had. I worked closely with Austin Handford, and he was incredibly personable and professional from start to absolute finish. It first started when inquired to buy an Audi Q5. Everything was done virtually as I lived 200 miles away, Austin took amazing notes and provided me with a personalized and detailed video showing all of the specific features I was most interested in. Without fail, when we got to the pricing/payment - Austin never once was overly pushy and he showed absolute professionalism as we talked through finances/warranty options. I had the car delivered to my home last week and despite never test driving before purchase, I was blown at how perfectly detailed the car was once it arrived and everything was better than described. Also a very special shout out to Aaron Naraido who also jumped on the phone with me a few times while Austin wasn't working. Both Austin and Aaron are world class, and this will definitely not be the last time I work with them. Thanks Vertu!
