The Best Service we have ever received from any car dealership\U0001f44c From the phone enquiry, sales, and a Thank You from the General Manager and a farewell wave on our way home in our Honda Civic Ex. A big Thank You to our Sales man Lee-Roy who was Polite, Knowledgeable, Attentive to our needs, with a happy smile and a great sense of humour, making the purchasing of our car a happy and memorable one. Loved the special thoughts, top quality refreshment area, and the change over of clothes from Honda jacket for the test drive , then a change over to a jacket and tie for the confirming of the sale by Lee-Roy, the cherry on the cake was the collection of the car that we purchased (we did not know this) was inside the showroom and was draped which was revealed by Lee-Roy what a surprise, and this was a used car we had purchased. This enabled us to check the car over and a demonstration by Lee-Roy of the questions that we asked inside warm and dry. When all questions and demonstrations were answered the sliding doors were opened and the car was driven outside for us to step into, along with a ThankYou and a pleasant journey home in our car by the Managing Director. A Big Thank You\U0001f44c to everyone we spoke to for the purchase of our car. Fetching my car was a lovely experience, I was made to feel important not just a nobody and I would not hesitate to buy another car from the Derby branch and recommend to friends. Both Sam and the managers were lovely, smart and polite at all times. We have purchase many cars over the years but I have to say this was the best experience ever. The staff at Vertu Honda Derby were good because they were helpful, professional and easy to talk to. I was able to test drive the car with one of the sales team to get comfortable with driving the car before my journey home.
