    I was in a position where I needed a newer car last month and had scoured the internet and was finding it hard to find a car that I thought I could afford so on passing I called into vertu Honda branch in Stockton. They were very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. from the moment I expressed interest they did exactly what I asked they weren\u2019t pushy, they found me the car I wanted, which was in Newcastle They kept me in the loop from discussion\u2019s with the Newcastle branch to it arriving here and going through their checks. The sales person Dean went through everything patiently and thoroughly with me as I\u2019d never had a car on PCP before and the whole process was painless. I even had a little problem a fortnight after having the car where I couldn\u2019t work something out on the dash and Dean very happily talked me through it over the phone. I am extremely happy with my car and extremely happy with the service Vertu Honda provided and I\u2019ll definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends.

    Had to take my Civic Type-R due to a weird issue with the oil light indicator. Very thorough health check provided of my vehicle - with videos - and clear description of issues. Helpful team who provided updates regularly too. Of course, none of this matters if the garage tries rinsing you for parts and labour. I'm happy to report, at least for my vehicle, that the pricing was very reasonable. The staff were also able to source parts quickly (in my case, electrical sensors) - this meant I didn't have to go back at a later date. Finally, a free car wash and vacuum is always a massive plus!

  • The staff at Vertu Honda Stockton were very good. Phil found a suitable car for me and arranged to have it transported from another dealership so i could take a look at it. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming both times I visited. I was shown where all the controls are and how everything works.

  • I'd definitely recommend Vertu Honda Stockton because they were very helpful, they got a car delivered from Doncaster to Stockton really quickly. Staff are friendly and dealership is easy to find and has free hot drinks available and a nice lounge for a waiting room.
