I purchased a nearly new car from Bristol Street Motors online. The cost of the car was well below average for the age and miles. Not having viewed the car in person I was a little worried to say the least. However, I can honestly say the team at BSM Newcastle put my mind at rest and were super professional at all times with no pressure Sales. They were happy to send multipal videos/pictures of the car pointing out any damages before and after repairs and Michael (my sales advisor) was straight up and honest and delivered on everything he promised. The car was delivered quickly and all was as expected, with no nasty surprises.....making one a very happy customer. I would certainly recommend BSM to friends and Family and would look to buy another car from them.

Previous car dealers have been far too pushy, I find it very hard to trust them, I was dreading looking for a new car due to past experiences. Michael at the Morpeth branch was great though, I told him what I needed and he delivered. He was very straight to the point and gave me time to make a decision without getting hounded with phone calls and emails, genuine nice person. The quality of the car is great and you wouldn\u2019t think it was a used car looking at it. Lastly I don\u2019t mind paying the extra if I know I\u2019m going to get good customer care after the end of the car sale, so if anything does go wrong, I know I\u2019m in good hands. Thanks again to Michael and the team.

Following a poor experience of another dealer and brand, dealing with Bristol Street Motors Ford Hyundai in Morpeth was like a breath of fresh air. There was never any pressure at all as we were browsing and the staff, especially Chris did their very best to make us feel comfortable and at ease. Following a fault on our ordered car at the docks pre delivery, Chris managed to locate the same car and it was delivered to them in less than a week. Following the pdi, updates and a full and thorough valet we picked our beautiful Ioniq 5 only a few days later. 10 out of 10 and couldn't recommend highly enough.

I went to get a new car that my mother could get in and out easily and didn't have a car in mind but you sales man recommended a couple of cars and settled on one they didn't have the cari wanted but they had one at a different garage I was worried that the care mite not be right for my mother but Paul was fab you had a olde model of the car on site and he let me bring my mother to try getting in and out not a problem he whent out of his way to help he also got the car I wanted delivered to mopeth and test driven it the hand over for the car was brilliant I was shown everything on the car wow the staff were fabulous even after I got the car following up with a phone call to see if there were any problems Paul even helped out when I pressed something and everything went to French nothing was a problem to them thank you so much
