    I travelled up from Southampton to collect a car I'd seen online, i had been dealing with Gary in new/used car sales over a few weeks via email and phone. I have to give Gary full credit, nothing was too much trouble as I'm quite a notorious customer when it comes to price and condition of the vehicle. Unfortunately the car I had been looking at I didn't feel happy with but Gary and the manager Craig accommodated me and got another prepared for me while waiting. Gary is polite, knows his stuff and acted professionally at all times.

    I would recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Orpington to friends and family because of the after Sales support i am receiving and the way they are helping me to resolve the issue, also a personnel mention to the sales representative Ryan Hall, who was extremely knowledgeable on the car compared to other ford dealers i had visited, he also went over and above to provide videos and additional information, making the experience for my son a special one, being his first car!

    Honestly the best dealership around, miriam is so lovley and really tried her best to find the perfect car for me, she was not pushy in any way. Unfortunately I had an unexpected problem with the car I brought which was in no way bristol streets fault, I cam in and spoke to Carl who is one of the managers there, he reasured me that it was all going to be ok. He managed to find me a similar car that was in my budget, the car wasn't even listed yet but he tracked it down and was able to secure it for me. Jordon was also really lovley and made me a drink Honestly guys from someone that suffers from social anxiety and finds these situations very stressful I left calm and happy Thankyou again if I could give you 10 stars I would \u2728\ufe0f

    Millie at the Orpington branch provided an outstanding service. I was in need of a specific car with a tight deadline. Despite my limited availability and location, Millie was able to accommodate my needs and found a car within my budget, shared the details, and arranged for a prompt delivery to a nearby branch after I paid the deposit. Upon arrival, the car was in excellent condition and met all my requirements. The sales process was smooth and Millie kept me updated at every step. I chose to go with the warranty and service pack she suggested as it made sense for my situation. I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the car. I would like to express my gratitude to Millie for making the entire process efficient and hassle-free, and for her dedication and extra effort.

    I'd recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Orpington to a friend because I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and had a can-do attitude. The car we found was from another branch (Northampton, I believe) and was transferred down to the Orpington branch for us to view and eventually purchase. We collected on 21/12/23 and drove it home, unfortunately on that drive home we realised that there was a problem with 3rd gear. We contacted the garage and arranged to return the vehicle the next day for them to inspect and test. This was done without hesitation and in a very friendly and professional manner and with sincere apology. Upon inspection, it was found that there was indeed a problem with 3rd gear and that a part needed to be ordered and repairs would be undertaken. Unfortunately, with it being so close to Christmas delivery timings for the part were not on our side and we didn't get the car back until 10th January, which wasn't ideal. Having said that, the staff (Millie, Tom and Craig) did everything they could in this situation. They communicated with us regularly, keeping us updated on progress and Millie even delivered the car back to us on her day off, which I feel went above and beyond our expectations and was very much appreciated. Customer service like this goes along way, thank you.
