Allowed to browse at my leisure, before being greeted by a chap named Idris, who instantly impressed me by holding the door open for my elderly Mum. Such a nice , easy going fella, made the experience a joy. Once I\u2019d chosen the car I wanted, the PCP process was thoroughly explained , which was great as I wasn\u2019t totally sure how it actually worked. Got a very good price for my old car, more than I expected which is always nice. Test driving my new ST put a huuuuge smile on my face and blew me away. The handover of the vehicle itself (delivered personally by Idris!) went smoothly and I am massively enjoying my new vehicle. Overall a highly pleasurable experience, very professional and I just hope that Idris is still there when my PCP ends as I will DEFINITELY be back and wouldn\u2019t hesitate to deal with him again, he\u2019s a top top man. Thanks

I was happy with the service at Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke because the salesperson (Mr John Taylor) did everything he could to sort out a vehicle for me, he contacted several other dealerships before finding me a great car! He even came in on his day off to hand the car over to me!

My wife has been after a car for a while but had specific requirements for a Ford Puma with extras (front parking sensors, reversing camera) which would have required an additional pack to have been purchased when new. She also had colour preferences. Nathan spent a lot of time going over what we wanted and, whilst not having anything suitable at Stoke constantly looked out for something at a different site. After finding one on 2 occasions, which we didn't like the look of, he still persevered and found a third, which had everything we wanted. He had this shipped from Shirley and we completed the purchase of this today. Nathan ensured that a small number of imperfections were sorted and even when we collected it and found another couple that we had missed, sorted those as well. He then spent time going through explaining how everything worked and said that we could come back after a while if there was anything else. We have been thankful that Nathan has spent a lot of time taking us through what for us is a quite stressful thing.

The sales guy Idris was on top form. Being 179miles away I requested a detailed condition video, this was done in 10mins. He then went on to meticulously answer all of my questions to ensure this was a proper car with proper providence. The end result being we were then in a position to remotely buy the car, then travel up to collect it. Idris even came in on his day off for an agreed fee (1x pack of chocolate caramel digestives \U0001f609) Bristol Street are a large company with large company procedures with invoicing etc, but that worked fine and I was on my way within the hour after the test drive and admin. All in all great service and even the Sales Manager recognised that \u2018The Dad\u2019 needs to be seen to be getting a deal with a \u2018meet in the middle\u2019 negotiation.

I'd recommend Bristol Street Motors Ford Stoke to anyone because they helped me to find a cheaper alternative for a car, I feel appreciated as a customer, my needs have been met in terms of a cheaper alternative, I felt welcomed from the start, and any issues regarding anything they support. I had an issue with Toyota finance chasing me for money. I contacted Bristol street, they explained and told me what I needed to do and where the problem was, which lay with Toyota as usual. From this I managed to get a refund from Toyota and I’m happy I had the support from ford to help me solve the issue. My mum visited the branch with me and even started banter with the sales exec and the assistant manager. Absolutely brilliant!
