Mark was so friendly and done his best to accommodate our needs and wants. He literally couldnt do more for us and made everything so seamless. Mark took his time out to make the whole sale so special. He went through everything on the new dashboard and controls to make sure we were happy and understood all the new settings. The sales executive and team at Bristol St Motors West Bromwich went out of their way to allow me to buy and take the vehicle home on the day I bought it. This was important as I live so far away from the dealership.
