I was happy with the service at Bristol Street Motors Peugeot Northampton because the communication was very good and I found the staff friendly whether in person or over the phone. Alfie who I arranged the car purchase with, was very informative and approachable. When I collected my car, there were some scratches that were visible (didn't spot them on the test drive, as it was raining!) but Alife tried straight away to deal with them and also offered to post a touch up pen for the couple that couldn't be fixed there and then.

I was looking for a replacement car for my daughter, saw one on the Peugeot Northampton website, reserved it for a test drive on a Tuesday, by Friday had sorted out all the paper work and finance and drove it away on the same day, having been given a very good trade in price for the existing car and taken advantage of the Peugeot extended warranty and the priority three year service plan. The staff at the dealership were very helpful and efficient in processing the sale and the free temporary GAP insurance cover offered was very useful. I would recommend the dealership to my family, friends and anyone looking for a clean and well presented second hand car provided by its sales team..
