I would recommend Bristol Street Motors SEAT Darlington to friends and family, simply because of Elliott, he was open, honest and simply brilliant. I cannot thank him for his help and professionalism enough. That being said and this is in NO WAY any reflection on him, the preparation of the vehicle was somewhat substandard. I need to replace ALL wiper blades as they’re well worn, the rear doesn’t remove any water and makes a horrendous noise every time you try. The front aren’t much better, but as soon as I get chance to visit my local motor spares (only open my working hours so I’m struggling at the moment), I will replace them. This should have been checked before the vehicle left your premises. To add to that, your delivery agent was brilliant, really friendly and did his job as he should, but don’t you this that they should be asked to at least jet wash, if not take the car through a car wash prior to dropping it off? Do you not think that it somewhat taints the experience when you arrive home to your new car absolutely filthy? This hasn’t changed my opinion, I would use Bristol Street again, but only if Elliot is still employed by you. He is a major credit and asset to your company and you really should do everything to ensure he remains so.
