Recently bought corsa 1.4t limited edition 150bhp, Nick in the salesman was great from start to finish - Explained everything throughly and even sorted out all work involved with finance as I had already sorted my own finance out : will be going back for my next car :) Very happy with great customer support update from 09/04/24 i have now upgraded my car from the Corsa to mokka E 22 plate - went straight back to Bristol street motors and they made it a hassle free process - customer service is best I have experienced and nothing seems to much Trouble - will never go anywhere else now very happy customer

They tried to sell us other packages but were at no time pushy with it. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Lichfield was a really positive one, we visited as we have had nothing but issues with another garage. Simon listened to our needs and recommended a car that had been traded it and when we saw the car it was exactly what we was looking for. We was offered a test drive and immediately decided to proceed with the sale. Simon gave us lots of options in terms of finance and explained everything well. We did have a minor hiccup on the day of picking the car up as it broke down a few miles from the garage but with 1 short call Simon and another man picked us up took the car back and handed us a courtesy car. The situation was unfortunate but couldn't have been handled any more professionally with minimal inconvenience to us. Really happy with our purchase and Simon service. Thank you very much
