This time I required an automatic due to problems with my hip. Peter Bree was so helpful in helping me choose the Kuga ST hybrid I wanted and ensured I felt happy with it after a test drive. He is a credit to the company and a pleasure to deal with. The sales manager Sam then found my perfect car with everything I required. I picked it up last week and couldn\u2019t be happier with it. I phoned up once i knew about this and i was greeted politely on the phone and directed to the best team to deal with my issue. i was given an estimate of around 10 days to book my car in however it was recovered early by the party that damaged my car and ford had the car ready and repaired in 3 or 4 days. 6 days earlier than was expected. could not thank the team enough. Let me start by saying I'm a complete car newbie, I had absolutely no clue about buying/selling cars or the process involved, and I didn't even know what car I wanted. I had visited 2 other dealers before walking into Macklin Ford. I was met by Sam Bannister almost instantly, and from there on any anxieties I had were completely removed as Sam not only put me at ease, he also explained everything to me in the easiest way to understand and walked me through it all - helped me find a car that I loved (even offered to help find other cars elsewhere if needed!) and walked me through every step with expertise and options. Cannot fault the customer service, attention to detail, and just genuine kindness and support from this branch,and Sam himself. If you're looking for a new or used car, I highly recommend macklin Motors. Great options, great customer service, and after care also. 10/10!!

Macklin Motors Ford Glasgow were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the service was excellent and the staff were super helpful. Ewan went above and beyond to make sure the car was in perfect condition before delivery.

I returned on 26th January to pick up my new car Sam Bannister sales exec. Has been great from the start of the process the assistance and advice given was very helpful the car I ordered was a hybrid Ford Kuga and I can honestly say it is a great car ideal for me I have allways liked Ford but this is a great alternative for full ev I went from diesel to this and I can already tell you driving this it is more frugal than the diesel and it's really put together well. First time dealing with Macklin they carried out an mot on my car there was no issues at all it went extremely well I have ordered my new car on that basis, I've allways used arnold clark in the past and had a good relationship with them but the ford garage is to far from me to make it easy. Macklin is no second best they where on the ball so think I'll have as good a relationship with them now. A big thanks to Macklin at Darnley
