Connor was so easy to speak to and there was no overbearing pushiness that I've been put off by before. The initial car I called about was reserved, so Connor wanted to find out if he could help me with another car, which he did, this time I just reserved the car in case I waited and it was gone too... Connor kept me in the loop and explained everything simply for me. Was a very smooth process and from reserving the car, to getting it ready for road and delivered was all done within a week... Amazing... Definitely first class service

I was allowed to test drive the vehicle and the salesman Roger took me through the details of the car. When I collected the car it had been thoroughly cleaned and looked great. Payment of my new car and all the subsequent paperwork were straightforward and the paperwork was both given to me when I collected the car and emailed to me.

I had a great experience at Macklin Motors Hyundai Edinburgh East because I shopped across the road and they were like vultures Then we went along the road from macklin Motors and it was like a cattle market . We then went to macklin Motors I had previously made a appointment the week before but I couldn't give them a time when I would be arriving. But it wasn't a problem we were made very welcome from when we walked in the door I explained what I was looking for and Callum Banks was extremely helpful we didn't feel pressured at all,we went up a couple of days later to test drive the fiesta with Samer Lazim and between Callum and Samer I bought the car they are both a great asset to macklin Motors In the future when it is time to change my other car I will definitely come to macklin Motors

I purchased my newest one with Wafa who is just a geniunely lovely person and really helpful. She went out her way to explain everything and get me the best deal that suits what I needed and would definitely recommend purchasing a car with her/the team. I\u2019d also just like to say that John that helps with the services and MOT information is really great too. He always explains things in detail when I collect my car and helped me set up a payment plan when I got an unexpected bill for my car just before Christmas. The videos of what the mechanics do during servicing etc is great too.
