From the first enquiry to taking delivery Jack kept me informed and provided all information in a timely manner. Also dealt admirably with a slight issue from my side that caused a delay to taking delivery. Overall a very positive experience

Purchased a new Toyota Yaris Cross from here. Had to wait almost 5 months to get the car (to be fair I think this was mostly down to Toyota). Dealt with Ali who I found to be friendly and flexible in terms of arranging collection. My reason for selecting this garage was based on their response to a CarWow enquiry i.e. best price on new car and reasonable offer on part exchange. They are keen to sell on extras but do accept a firm decline.
