100% Satisfied Customer. I was looking for a particular Honda Civic & came across an immaculate one at Vertu Honda Doncaster. I was contacted by Charlie who took me through the process. Charlie asked if I had any questions & answered all my questions putting me at ease. The process buying a vehicle through Charlie was very easy & comfortable. After a week owning the vehicle I noticed a few issues and reached out to Charlie who advised me to book the vehicle in at the nearest Vertu dealership. The issues were addressed & settled with Charlie. Staff were friendly and not pushy. Vehicle was prepared to a high standard with an exhaustive checklist and a robust post sale warranty, extendable to 3 yrs, was available. Overall, an easy and professional dealership, and a pleasant purchasing experience.

Bought a used Honda Civic from Vertu Doncaster. This was my first experience buying a car from a dealer as I'd previously only ever bought privately. I travelled 3 hours to find the "right one". From start to finish I dealt with Ajay, who was absolutely spot on in every way. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was looking at, very patient with me during the process and very professional throughout. The car had a few exterior cosmetic issues, which I was assured they would do their best to tidy up. The bodywork guys definitely delivered. A great buying experience!!

Dealt with Shaun from start to finish, we were some distance from the site and relied on information provided, everything was spot on and very happy with the car when we got to see it. Have agreed 3 year warranty and service plan which would not have done if not fully happy with Shaun and the dealership.

Nice showroom and good friendly, knowledgeable staff. Having thought about changing to a hybrid and speaking to Ajay Singh Sales Executive we went ahead and purchased a fairly new HR-V hybrid. Ajay was very understanding with regards to answering my questions with straight forward information. With the Retford branch closing we had our previous car serviced at Doncaster and have always been pleased. It's picked up from the house and then returned, whilst the mechanics send us video links of the work they've done during service. The hand over of the new car went smoothly and we are delighted. The reason I entered 7/10 for likelihood rather than a higher figure is purely down to location - about 170 miles from where I live. Other than that the purchasing experience was very good. I was picked up from the station, I was treated with respect and courtesy and all details were carefully explained and not rushed. Much credit to Ajay!! The car itself had been excellently prepared. There was a small subsequent query re tax, which has been properly dealt with. Overall a very professional and friendly service

Went in to have our car repaired and finished up buying another one. Excellent staff with Ajay Singh being extremely informative and helpful. He listened to all my questions and answered them in terms I could understand without being pushy. The hand over today was very smooth with all aspects of the car being explained. We've had our other car serviced there since the Retford showroom closed and it has been picked up from home and delivered back when finished. The mechanics video all the work they do so you can see what's happening around and under the car. Good staff and highly recommended.

Eddy arranged to have a personal plate transferred onto the car, and sorted out a couple of minor niggles with the car. Nothing was too much trouble, and the whole experience was easy and pleasant. Hard to fault the place, everyone was helpful, answered all our questions and so we would happily deal with Vertu again. Many thanks to the team, Eddy in particular was super helpful.

We visited as we were interested in buying one of the advertised cars. Eddy made the whole process run very smoothly. He ensured the car was ready to view when we arrived and talked us through all of our options. He was friendly and professional and we did not feel rushed or pushed into making any decisions. He was not working on the day we decided to collect the car but he ensured that everything was ready and we were looked after by Charlie. Charlie was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. Although we do not live locally I will definitely be back when I need to buy my next car. Can\u2019t thank them both enough for making the process so easy.
