We were met by Millie, who made the whole experience so good that we made an instant decision to buy . She was very good at showing 2 oldies all the features and gave a test drive to show all those features in action. The warmth of the welcome from her, manager Zachary and all the staff was outstanding, even through a testing negotiation.Everyone we met was a credit to the company. I would recommend anyone to experience such outstanding customer service. My wife, Christine, who is now my chauffeur due to my eye condition is absolutely thrilled with the ride and immaculate condition of our new baby

I’ve had experience of ‘slimy salesmen’ and have walked away because they’ve put me off. Jordan was a refreshing change. Also met the manager, Zach, who was equally friendly.

    We have bought all our cars through Vertu Honda (Mansfield) and really can't fault the service. Our latest deal was done through the highly efficient, knowledgable and friendly Beth who went above and beyond our expectations in getting a car which met our needs. Over the years we've popped into the showroom with our Canine Partners assistance dogs in training and have always been warmly welcomed. This time was no different with our black Lab Crunchy and we were really touched to find the welcome notice on collecting our car included her name and a surprise find of treats in the boot! It's little personal touches like that which really warm us to this company - if you want great customer service, on-going aftercare and servicing and really efficient staff, get your next car from them!

    Vertu Honda Mansfield were great because the car was exactly as described but the down side they knew where I lived and since they don’t change log book until the new owner takes delivery they put address on log book as my sons address and they did not change number plate to my personal plate so had to pay insurance to change number plate over so I could drive it home then had to pay them again to put personal plate on after my son received new log book now I still waiting for my son to receive the new log book so I can change to right address so far I have not been stopped by the police yet with wrong address on log book but car’s brilliant
