From the very get go of my buying purchase, I felt very looked after and valued as a customer which is always great. The Mazda I have bought is everything Lewis promised. He was able to do an incredible deal on the vehicle as well so it made it a no-brained to purchase. I would definitely recommend Nissan Chesterfield and Lewis to everybody and purchasing a vehicle will always be one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had!

I'd suggest Bristol Street Motors Nissan Chesterfield to a friend because Lewis was brilliant from start to finish. He made the process so easy, the turn around to picking the car up was really quick. He kept in touch throughout and after the sale!

After the initial car not quite meeting my expectations , he went away and sourced the car me and my family required from Glasgow. The right spec , right mileage and right colour! Whilst it was a little more per month then i wanted to pay but fully worth it after driving it and seeing the extent Ollie and Nissan team went to get it here for me. Would recommend for this branch for the relaxed, informative customer service and quality products. I must say also i\u2019m from Derby and initially asked them for the car i desired but they missed this vehicle in Glasgow so credit to Ollie. Must mentioned Finance, Emma was an angel and kept me informed along the way. Thanks Ollie, Emma and the young lad (sorry don\u2019t know your name) who brought a little banter to my customer experience.

From the 1st time I visited the Nissan dealership @ Chesterfield to taking delivery of my new XTrail Lewis welcomed me in a friendly manner and put me at ease. I\u2019ve never had a Motability vehicle before but Lewis displayed a thorough knowledge of the scheme. He always welcomed me in a friendly and professional manner. I never felt under pressure. It was always a pleasure to speak to Lewis and / or one of his colleagues if say Lewis was busy with another customer. Taking delivery of my Xtrail was special. I loved the private showroom where my Xtrail was ready for a test drive and collection. The large red \U0001f380 ribbon on my new Xtrail was a lovely touch. Having driven the car now for about 200 miles+ all I can say is the vehicle is beyond my expectations which were high following research & watching many YouTube videos. The Xtrail is beyond \u201cawesome \u201c. Lewis said it would be when I ordered the vehicle. Lewis also sourced some accessories for my Xtrail which I had ordered and kept me up to date by phone with expected wait times. I was able to give Lewis some information on a friendly garage in Derby who supplied me with a Spacesaver 18 inch spare wheel and \u201ckit\u201d which are difficult to find and information on the warranty which covered my Xtrail tyres depending on remaining tyre tread depth . Lewis appreciated this info which he can pass on to future customers. So: I would highly recommend my friends and family to visit the dealership Nissan Chesterfield (Especially for a new XTrail) and recommend they ask for Lewis for their purchase. We always had a good chat & Lewis took time to do this. I never felt under any pressure or rushed into placing an order. He was always pleased to see me regardless of the reason for my visit to the dealership To conclude I received great service from the Nissan dealership @ Chesterfield and in particular from Lewis who dealt with me in a professional manner throughout from the initial order to the day I collected the Xtrail. I\u2019ve never owned a new vehicle before. The day I collected my Xtrail was made special by Lewis and will remain a memorable day in my life.

After considering our next motability car for our daughter we decided Nissan was a good option and visited Bristol Street Motors Nissan Bradford. We were promptly introduced to their motability specialist Ben Cornforth. From the off Ben was fully dedicated to making sure we were choosing the correct vehicle for our daughters needs. Ben covered every detail within the motability scheme's process making sure we understood everything prior to ordering the car. Once the car was on order we received telephone calls from Ben to update us on the expected date the car would arrive and to our surprise another call shortly after to say the car had arrived. The whole experience was stress free and made very easy thanks to the hard work from Ben. We even had a follow up call to make sure we were happy and how we were finding the new car. 5* service Thanks Ben \U0001f44d Octavia D

I had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Nissan Chesterfield because Lewis was an excellent person to deal with. He was honest and trustworthy and made us feel valued and appreciated. Everything was explained and we were able to negotiate the right deal to fit my budget with him. When we had any problems, he was proactive and dealt with them straight away offering a solution first approach which is refreshing, After Sales have been really good. Lewis has already made me feel I should go back to him in the future for my next car
