After going round a few dealerships and liking the Citroen C4, we decided to go directly to Citroen to see what they could offer, we were welcomed by Saffron who talked me through my options, going above and beyond to find me the car I wanted, max spec, I really fell on my feet with a brand new car that could be collected in a matter of days. Saffron was on the ball every step of the way keeping me informed with progress and documents that she required to speed the process up. With all the documentation being online it made it so much easier to complete this over the bank holiday weekend. I have picked my car up and Saffron is still in touch making sure everything\u2019s ok. A great dealership with helpful and friendly staff.

I have used Bristol Street motors Derby for both my cars, and despite living in London, continue going back for their customer service and great deals. I recommend 100% to everyone if you are looking for stress free, timely and straightforward dealership. I was recently looked after by Saffron who made every part of my car buying journey easily, friendly, exciting and straight forward. She sent me regular updates, a personalised video with a bow on my car, explained things to me that I didn\u2019t understand and made sure all i\u2019s were dotted and t\u2019s were crossed so that I have all relevant documentation easy to find. I feel at peace being looked after someone who knows exactly what she is doing, as well as being approachable and forward thinking. I must say a massive thank you Martin and Rachel who are both fantastic, organised and also really want to help you too as well as the reception staff, and the customer care I received emulates the standard of team work and organisation the site has. Thank you so much again Saffron and co and I look forward to coming back in the future!

I came to him to source two bolts after modus commercials wasn't interested in ordering my parts. I have a fiat ducato base vehicle and knew it was going to be tricky going to another manufacturer/dealership without a chassis number even though the vehicle shared the same design. Ryan jumped at the challenge and source my parts and arrived next day! I wish only now i brought a Citroen based vehicle. Well done Ryan! \U0001f44d

Visited the dealership on Sunday 4th Feb 2024 to look at a car, thought it was a bit out of our price range. We met Jason for the first time, he told us a little about the car and it's history, was very professional and nice to deal with. We ended up going back on Monday 5th Feb, partly because of the car and partly because we were impressed by Jason. Bought the car, did the deal, and drove away in it on Wed 7th Feb. The whole experience was great, Jason is so easy to deal with, you don't feel in any way under pressure, his service, professionalism and manner are fantastic and we would be more than happy to recommend him to anyone. The aftersales are also excellent with the service department also easy to deal with as they look after all our servicing, indeed all the staff are friendly and helpful , we have 2 Citroens from them and wouldn\u2019t go anywhere else .

We met Jason for the first time, he told us a little about the car and it's history, was very professional and nice to deal with.
