I recently collected my new car, from the start of the process the staff here have been extremely helpful, welcoming, and efficient, making me feel important as a customer throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble - staff have always been available for any queries I might have had, from ordering to collection. (Support doesn't finish at collection, mind!) I would particularly like to to extend a huge 'thank you' to Al for your continued support, your attention to detail, and for making the whole process a pleasure. I know there are several people who make up a team at the dealership, many thanks to all involved. I would wholeheartedly recommend you contact these guys should contact these guys should you be looking for a new car, I have dealt with Bristol Street for 7 years, the customer service is and always has been highly commendable - oh, and the coffee is delicious!

Upon arrival, the gentleman on the forecourt greeted me, and ensured that I was able to park. He was very helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Bristol Street Motors Citroens Nottingham! I was looked after by Gemma Phelps who went through every bit of detail with me regarding the car I bought from them. I don\u2019t live around the corner from this particular dealership so I had a lot of questions which Gemma answered at no hesitation and sent videos of the vehicle to show the condition inside and out and all the features of the vehicle which I couldn\u2019t do. Gemma personally delivered the car to me and it was exactly as described. Gemma is an absolute asset to this dealership and I cannot recommend nor thank her enough! I have had a better experience with Bristol Street Motors Citroen Nottingham than I have ever had with some of the high end prime dealerships! Definitely a 5 Star from me!! Thank you!
