I had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Cheltenham because ultimately, they had a car we liked. We visited the store on numerous occasions before making our final decision, and on each occasion we were met by a friendly, not pushy, sales team member. Other dealerships we visited, team members did not even acknowledge us. Ultimately though, it came down to the actual car and you had the one that felt right for us. Once we had decided, the process was explained fully and it was dealt with professionally, even my request of wanting to test drive the car up very steep hills. Thank you Sam and your colleagues.

Nicole was very attentive and showed me cars to test drive that met my criteria, and it was all super efficient. I felt able to ask questions and get all the information I needed before making a decision. Nicole was also very friendly and made the whole experience of looking for a new car a joy, rather than a chore. I was very pleased with the service I received, and am really enjoying my new vehicle.
