His approach was professional but not pushy and at at no time did we feel under any pressure, considering the cost of the vehicle.

Following an unfortunate altercation with a Deer, my wife's new Puma was written off. She'd originally purchased it from Bristol street motors and we were very happy with the service she'd received so we naturally returned for a replacement. Also I was looking to possibly buy a new car as replacement for my aged van and I succumbed. Both Louis Jordan and Louis Baker made us both feel very comfortable with our purchases (Two Ford Fiesta ST 3, one for my Wife and one for me) They were at all times courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. A credit to the company. The customer service I received from them both played a large part in my decision to purchase. Well done both! Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Ford Gloucester because of the service me and my partner had with Mel one of the sales team, she made sure she went the extra mile to make sure everything was done on the car before we picked it up. She kept me in the loop for the whole process from the day we viewed the car to even after picking it up. The company are very lucky to have Mel work for them. Every sales garage definitely needs to have a Mel work for them.
