Viewed vehicle on line and contacted salesperson to understand if it was still available, to which he stated it was and would I like to view the vehicle. Arranged a test drive and proceeded to make way to the dealership. He introduced himself as Michael and was very polite and professional. On arriving at the dealership I was impressed at the open plan and brightness of the showroom. Micheal introduced me to vehicle and we went on a test drive that lasted 30mins to get a true feeling for the vehicle (Focus diesel ST Line) which was perfect for what I wanted. On return to showroom we discussed a deal and it was a relief to see that Michael didn\u2019t pressure sell or try to bambussel with me with jargon or salesman patter for add on plans (he did explain them, but at NO time pressure sell). Deal was struck and 4days later I collected the vehicle. If there was 1 niggle that annoyed me, Bristol Street Motors call centre is based in the North of the country, so when I was called back I rejected the call as I don\u2019t know anyone from South Shields!! Thanks all at BSM and especially Michael for a satisfying non pressured experience. Highly recommended.

My experience with Michael has truly been fantastic. He makes you feel completely at ease, is professional, kind and you really feel like he cares to get the best car and plan for you! Michael has called to check in and any problems or questions I have had, have been dealt with quickly and with no fuss. He has called to check in and make sure I’m getting on ok with my new car and makes it known that he is there should I need anything! I could not fault him one bit, he’s fab! I can honestly say I would not go anywhere else other than Bristol Street Kings Norton!

They also put extra petrol in for any inconvenience it might have caused me.
