    The service we received at Hyundai Silverlink was nothing short of spectacular. The salesman Chris and especially his manager Connor could not have done more to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Their product knowledge and no pressure approach to sales made our car purchase a rare delight. They went above and beyond by locating a car from another branch, organising a test drive at that branch and then brought it back to Silverlink for collection at no extra cost! They are patient, caring and their passion for customer satisfaction comes through clearly. Customers are obviously more important than just making a profit. I can\u2019t thank them enough and have even invited them to my wedding! Great bunch of guys, don\u2019t hesitate if you are considering making an enquiry! Best car dealership in the north east!

    The experience at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Banbury was great because from the moment I contacted them regarding purchasing my new car they were very helpful and kept in regular contact. I spoke with Mel, Matthew and Lewis throughout the transaction. I stay in Glasgow and they sold the car at the best price and with the best customer services. Was no problem getting car delivered here. I would definitely look at using them again when I am looking for a new car again. There was a minor hiccup but was dealt with promptly and was happy with solution agreed. Nothing was a bother to these guys and I’m loving my new wee car. I would take my car there for servicing if it wasn’t for distance but will be using my local branch for that and hopefully get the same service I got from here. The Banbury branch really do Bristol Streets motors proud :) would recommend to my family and friends for sure!
