I was a bit nervous of buying a car on line but found just what I was looking for at Bristol Street Motors. Matthew Hall took me through the process and explained everything to me as we went along, and in a week he had organized both the delivery of the new and collection of the old one with no fuss. He sent me videos of the new one and kept me up to date with how the exchange was going, I would certainly buy again from them. Unfortunately I live to far away from any of their garages to make any of the maintenance plans work.

Popped in whilst passing to enquire about the new Qashqai. Explained my current situation and was sorted out promptly and very professionally by the sales team (Nik, Adam & Karl). Returned the next day for a test drive where the car was explained in great detail and all our questions were answered professionally. We proceeded with the purchase and we were more than happy with the service we received from the start to the end of the process. Been put off entering car dealerships in the past, having had so many bad experiences but I couldn't recommend Ilkeston Nissan highly enough on this occasion!

We went along and spoke to Adam, who could not have been more helpful. we were able to take the car for a test drive there and then and the wife loved it. Needless to say less than a week later my wife was driving it away after Adam had showed her round the workings of the car. Thank You Adam for all your help and support. Just bought a used Peugeot 308 from here and received great service from start to finish and a good overall deal including a decent trade in price on my existing vehicle. Matthew Hall was an excellent salesman, very patient and informative and seemed very genuine in getting me a deal I was happy with. The test drive involved a decent journey compared to those at some other dealers. The overall net price was within budget plus included no-obligation 3 year warranty and tyre and alloy insurance which given the state of Nottinghamshire roads I'm sure I'll make use of. Really happy with the experience and the condition of my new car at handover.
