    First arrived at this dealership in early February looking for a new car after my previous car was written off. Despite it being late in the day, within a few minutes I was offered a drink, and within 10 minutes was sat down with Ben to discuss my options on used vehicles even though I didn't have an appointment, Ben was extremely helpful and found a suitable new car within only a few minutes. We discussed finance options and both Ben and Matt helped talk me through the options. I ultimately left the dealership well after closing time. I felt that the time was genuinely taken to make sure I was happy. The car had to be transferred between dealerships, which was handled smoothly, and a some damage discovered by the dealer was fixed without anything other than a phone call to let me know. I picked up the car 3 weeks after my initial visit, which given the circumstances was an excellent turn around. The car needed a smart paint repair a few weeks later and I discussed with Ben the option to purchase a new car. A date was set to discuss the options and within a month I drove the new vehicle off the forecourt, yet again with a massive smile on my face. I can't say thank you enough for the service I have received so far. Whether I have rang in or emailed I have had quick responses and even took a call late in the evening to put a payment through. Staff are really pleasant and work really hard, and above all they are respectful. I walked away from my local Pentagon after not feeling respected by the manager. But the experience here is exactly why I returned to buy a new car despite the extra distance. Once again thank you, and definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend using this branch, now also known as Cupra.

As always everyone at seat was fantastic but in particular Olly Otton who I also dealt with for last car. Olly was fantastic when ordering car he met my needs and did everything he could to get me the best deal he could. When picking car up he spent time showing me everything and setting things up. Olly is a pleasure to deal with and a credit to seat will definitely go back and would recommend cars to anyone as excellent value for money.
