The experience at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Knaresborough was good because I have purchased my last 4 cars from them. I’ve always experienced a friendly, professional and reliable service. I’ve been kept informed throughout regular servicing and any carried out MOTs. More recently I was offered the use of a staff members personal car to use whilst I was awaiting a specific part to be delivered, and there were no curtesy cars available at such short notice. I have no hesitation recommending Bristol Street Motors, where I have always felt a valued returning customer. Thank you .

I was pleased with Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Knaresborough and would recommend them because even though I had issues, the whole team were very helpful and supportive. The General Manager, Andy Brown swooped in immediately when my issues escalated and ensured a happy ending.

I cannot thank the staff at Knaresborough for their help enough! Elliot went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible. He listened to all my requirements and I came out with a beautiful car that I love and can afford! As I was only looking at new cars due to my previous car (also bought from here) being written off in a not at fault accident l, I was pretty stressed but I was put at ease and the cups of tea really helped. The other thing that really helped was being spoken to on a level I could understand. Definitely visit this garage if you are looking for a new or used car and, like me, feel a bit daunted by the whole showroom idea as these guys are brilliant! Thank you also to Sophie who was brilliant too!
