Richie has great customer service and my husband and I shared a few laughs with him that day. Richie was very informative about the different models and the spec on them. We went for a test drive in a I20 Turbo and were very impressed with all the car had to offer. Lucky for us that day the vehicle we tried was going up for sale. Richie took us through all the products and financial details to ensure we were fully informed of what was available. Richie checked when the vehicle would be available which was the Tuesday. We went along on Tuesday and Richie went through the setting up of the Blue-link app and made sure we were happy with the car. I hadn\u2019t really thought about a Hyundai car but I am very pleased with my new car and the great service and laughs we had with Richie throughout.

I recently visited Hyundai Edinburgh West to have the annual MOT on my vehicle carried out. From the moment my wife and I arrived we were made to feel most welcome. The Lady receptionist was very nice, helpful, polite, well presented and professional. She even went out of her way to speak with the mechanics that were to carry out my MOT, requesting if it could be carried out expeditiously due to my many health problems. On top of this, she was kind enough to make sure were comfortable in the waiting area. Further to this, she introduced me to the new Motability Specialist resulting in my wife and I choosing our new Hyundai SUV. We are now raising the necessary funds to cover the down-payment so that we can place our order. In closing, I think that this Lady employee is an irreplaceable asset to Hyundai and the perfect face to represent the company. Everyone there was fantastic. The experience at Macklin Motors Hyundai Edinburgh West was fantastic because I had an excellent experience at Macklin Motors Hyundai West. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at ease. Dale Quinn advisor is a credit to the dealership, very knowledgeable and responsive, going above and beyond to help with any questions or special requests. I haven't bought a car in 18 years and in my experience, Macklin Motors Hyundai West is a no hassle, stress free, low-pressure dealership, which I have already highly recommended them to friends and family. I was happy to buy a fantastic used car with little mileage and still under warranty, which i extended for a further 2 years. I am looking forward to receiving the same level of service on the annual maintenance plan I also purchased. Here's to a long and happy relationship with Macklin Motors Edinburgh West.
