Ciaran really did give me a personalised experience and went above and beyond my expectations. It is very rare that I give 5 stars to anybody but Ciaran truly deserves it. The only reason we wont be doing a service plan with Bolton Ford is because its 90 miles away for us. But overall, would buy a car from there if there was ever a time the car we were looking at happened to be there again.

He went through everything I needed to know about the car before we took the car for a test drive even on the test drive he was very professional telling me everything about the car and making my mind feel at ease After the test drive we got back and he did not push me into buying the vehicle.
